What you'll do

• Assist customers with new and existing account inquiries and account problems
• establish basic new accounts
• process cash, negotiable instrument, and other customary transactions
• handle requests such as debit cards, stop payments, wire transfers, address changes, and loan payments
• maintain knowledge of bank processes and policies
• greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff
• provide clerical support as assigned.
