• Develop and implement regional business plans

• review contractually required notices
• oversee hiring and termination of operations personnel
• develop budgets, work mix, staffing, overhead, capital expenditure, and profit objectives
• communicate organizational goals and issues to the President
• participate in personnel evaluations
• visit projects and regional offices
• monitor project costs, schedules, and profitability
• ensure project control meetings are conducted and documented.
