Preconstruction Manager

What you'll do

• Lead assigned preconstruction projects and teams
• develop project strategies, schedules, and budgets
• coordinate kickoff and owner-architect-contractor meetings
• review project documents for budget, standards, and constructability
• identify and manage risks
• support estimating, bid solicitation, value engineering, contract strategy, and client presentations
• maintain subcontractor relationships.
