The CAPEX Project Manager role is onsite in Tulsa, OK, with annual compensation of $80,000–$103,000, depending on experience. Thermal Engineering International is seeking a project manager to lead capital investments that improve operational performance, safety, capacity, reliability, and infrastructure. The role exists to manage industrial capital projects from concept through commissioning and closeout. It contributes to manufacturing operations by coordinating technical, commercial, construction, equipment, and facility work while controlling scope, schedule, budget, risk, and operational impacts.

What you'll do

• Lead capital projects through commissioning and closeout
• manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, resources, and operational impacts
• develop project plans and verify readiness
• lead RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, vendor selection, and performance management
• coordinate design, site readiness, logistics, construction, installation, startup, testing, and commissioning
• manage changes, forecasts, risks, and corrective actions
• coordinate closeout and financial reconciliation
• support capital planning and portfolio reporting
• ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, technical, contractual, and company requirements.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field and five or more years leading capital projects in manufacturing or an industrial environment. PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
