What you'll do

• Support dental schools, faculty, simulation labs, and institutional customers by phone and email
• assist with product questions, order coordination, quoting, and account support
• work with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues
• maintain customer records and follow-up communication
• learn simulation and educational product lines
• support communication with universities, licensing boards, and professional programs
• build long-term customer relationships.
