• Design and own the end-to-end Launch Readiness process, framework, milestones, and governance
• lead and develop a team
• assess business needs and translate requirements into deliverables and timelines
• manage cross-functional plans, dependencies, resources, scope, schedule, and quality
• communicate status to stakeholders and leadership
• drive adoption of the launch process
• use AI and automation to streamline reporting
• manage risks and adjust plans as requirements change.
