What you'll do

• Implement cost and schedule control procedures
• manage construction cost estimates and independent change-order estimates
• analyze construction schedules and delay impacts
• oversee change-control compliance and cost forecasts
• support change-order negotiations
• prepare monthly progress reports
• maintain project budgets and cash flows
• present cost, schedule, and risk information
• interface with clients
• use Oracle Unifier for project controls.
