Inventory Control Lead

The Inventory Control Lead is listed in Louisville, KY, and owns inventory record accuracy across Creative Realities’ U.S. and Canadian warehouses, including internal and third-party logistics sites. Creative Realities designs, deploys, and maintains digital signage solutions and digital experiences for brands and venues. The lead maintains reliable inventory records, controls, valuation, and reporting across locations. By coordinating with Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and logistics partners, the role helps align stock levels with customer demand, reduce stockouts and overstock, and support operational efficiency and customer reliability.

What you'll do

• Maintain real-time NetSuite inventory accuracy through reconciliation
• define and enforce inventory processes and controls across sites
• establish and review cycle-count processes
• reconcile WMS, ERP, and 3PL records
• investigate variances and manage shrinkage
• oversee inventory valuation controls and reporting
• maintain RMA transaction accuracy
• identify inventory risks and review inbound reports
• collaborate on demand forecasts, reorder points, order quantities, lead times, and inventory plans
• classify stock and manage safety stock
• monitor 3PL performance and inventory turnover
• provide input on NetSuite efficiencies, reporting, KPIs, and process improvements.
