The Restaurant Shift Leader role is onsite in New Braunfels, TX, with pay of $13–$16 per hour. Taco Cabana’s restaurant team works to meet operational goals, sales, and profit plans. This role leads hourly team members during an assigned shift and supports restaurant operations by maintaining product quality, efficiency, and guest service. It helps the management team meet business goals through staff supervision, training, safety and sanitation practices, cash administration, and guest issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Supervise hourly team members on assigned shifts
• support task planning and completion
• uphold safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• train team members
• assist with equipment and facility upkeep
• conduct register and safe audits, deposits, and fund accounting
• report accidents
• investigate and respond to guest complaints
• monitor restaurant cleanliness
• attend meetings and training
• recommend disciplinary action.
