What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, vendors, and building systems
• serve as a primary contact for tenants, vendors, brokers, and real estate partners
• administer leases, rent escalations, CAM reconciliations, and tenant compliance
• coordinate tenant improvement projects
• support leasing, tenant retention, and occupancy strategy
• manage operating and capital budgets, expense recoveries, rent collections, and delinquencies
• ensure compliance with laws, building codes, ADA requirements, and company policies
• maintain property records, lease documents, and reports
• support limited residential operations as assigned.
