The Life Enrichment Director is an onsite, full-time role in Tomah, WI, with a day-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, and occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $21.00–$25.00 per hour. The role supports residents’ health and happiness at Liberty Village Assisted Living of Tomah. The director plans and leads individualized activities that reflect residents’ interests, abilities, preferences, and routines. The work supports resident engagement and well-being while coordinating with the care team, families, volunteers, and community partners.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead individual, small-group, and group programs
• personalize activities using residents’ life stories, interests, culture, abilities, preferences, and routines
• provide varied music, movement, arts, reminiscence, sensory, cognitive, spiritual, outdoor, and social experiences
• use dementia-informed communication and adapt programs
• track attendance and resident responses
• report meaningful changes to the care team
• coordinate events, outings, families, volunteers, and community partners
• maintain activity areas, supplies, and assigned budget
• guide assistants and volunteers as assigned.
