The Caregiver / Resident Care Associate role is onsite in Murray, KY, with pay of $16 per hour. Charter Senior Living’s mission is to enhance the human spirit through compassionate care and meaningful relationships with residents. The caregiver provides hands-on support in assisted living and/or memory care, helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. The role supports individualized care plans, observes and documents resident needs, and builds connections through daily care and companionship.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• support care plans and individual needs
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care and services
• provide emotional support and companionship
• maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment
• collaborate with nursing staff and community leadership.

Why this role

Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience is preferred; assisted living or memory care experience is a plus.
