Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative role is onsite in Covington, KY. Compensation is $14 per hour. Training is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; the regular schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. NorthKey Community Care provides mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services in Northern Kentucky. The representative serves as an accessible information and scheduling contact for clients and callers. By answering calls, arranging appointments, and maintaining confidential records, the role helps connect people with NorthKey’s services and programs.

What you'll do

• Answer centralized call-center calls courteously
• provide information to staff and clients
• contact clients with appointment reminders
• schedule and reschedule outpatient and program appointments
• maintain electronic health records in accordance with state regulations
• protect confidential client information.
