The Cheese Production Specialist – Night Shift role is onsite in Plymouth, WI. The role supports Masters Gallery Foods’ cheese production lines. Under the Shift Production Supervisor’s direction, the specialist prepares bulk cheese and operates cutting and shredding equipment. The work helps supply production lines with inspected, properly handled cheese while maintaining inventory records and meeting customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Open, clean, and place cheese on production lines
• remove packaging
• inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and remove or clean as appropriate
• lift and place cheese on conveyors
• operate automated and manual cutting systems and shredding equipment
• record bulk cheese usage with RF inventory scanners
• perform other assigned duties
• maintain reliable attendance.

Why this role
