Supplier Warranty Engineer

The Supplier Warranty Engineer role is onsite in Normal, IL, with compensation of $45.91–$60.73 per hour. The role supports an electric vehicle manufacturing client’s Supplier Warranty Partnership Program. The position exists to connect warranty data analysis, returned parts, supplier quality engineering, and suppliers. It contributes to product improvement and reduced warranty costs through data analysis, corrective actions, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Support technical aspects of the Supplier Warranty Partnership Program
• work with Supplier Quality to develop and use field data
• drive improvement through the WARSCAR process
• establish data requirements and supplier warranty KPIs
• analyze vehicle issues and service center operations
• maintain evidence, claims, and performance data
• generate reports using Hex, Databricks, and other analytics
• coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• collaborate with technicians, engineers, and customer service representatives.
