The Warehouse Manager, Retail Division role is onsite in Hanover, MD, with a stated salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year. The role exists to lead warehouse teams and coordinate inventory and product movement so retail orders are fulfilled accurately, safely, and on time while meeting food-safety and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• coordinate retail order fulfillment and packaging standards
• manage product flow and inventory rotation
• improve warehouse layout
• plan inventory with procurement, production, logistics, and retail leaders
• ensure USDA, SQF, HACCP, labeling, and cold-chain compliance
• lead, train, and motivate associates across first and second shifts.
