What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system
• improve documentation, supplier qualification, audits, and corrective/preventive actions
• lead and mentor the quality team
• monitor applicable regulations and standards, including IVDR
• implement risk mitigation strategies
• manage customer complaint investigations and trend analysis
• oversee product quality control and inspections
• develop supplier quality programs
• analyze quality data and report metrics and initiatives to executive leadership.
