What you'll do

• Supervise bakery preparation, displays, material distribution, and inventory
• support customer service and address issues
• track sales and inventory and conduct monthly counts
• assist with omnichannel services and administrative, maintenance, and marketing tasks
• order and receive products
• stock and rotate products using FIFO
• oversee displays and signage
• monitor department assets and report incidents
• maintain sanitation, equipment, temperature logs, and expiration-date controls
• support promotions and demonstrations.
