What you'll do

• Assist with project documentation, estimates, subcontract scopes, and bids
• develop resource-loaded schedules in Microsoft Project
• coordinate kickoff meetings
• forecast cash flow and manpower
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• manage budgets and costs
• coordinate subcontractors, materials, and client updates
• monitor progress, safety, quality, and project closeout documentation.
