The Stationary Engineer II performs preventive maintenance, conducts routine inspections, and manages water quality to ensure the reliable delivery of chilled water and steam generation.

What you'll do

• Ensure water quality at assigned plants by executing prescribed water management procedures and maintaining proper plant chemistry.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, air compressors, and cooling towers.
• Support plant staff and leadership in the delivery of chilled water and steam generation.
• Work directly with the operations manager to identify, plan, and coordinate maintenance activities.
