CNC Maintenance Technician

The CNC Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Northbrook, IL. Pay is $35 per hour. Panek Precision is an automotive manufacturer specializing in CNC and multi-spindle precision machining. It supports production by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, documenting work, and coordinating improvements with engineering and production leaders.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant machinery and equipment
• troubleshoot equipment problems
• recommend improvements to quality, efficiency, safety, or communication
• collaborate on equipment enhancements
• maintain accurate equipment logs and tool-room supplies
• perform routine facilities maintenance and coordinate subcontractor work
• follow safety practices and correct or report hazards.
