What you'll do

• Define and operate the Teamcenter support model
• lead L2/L3 support for Teamcenter, Active Workspace, CAD integrations, Dispatcher, visualization, workflows, access, integrations, and platform services
• manage incidents, problems, and major incidents
• drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• monitor system health and operational metrics
• coordinate environment readiness, maintenance, releases, testing, and rollback readiness
• maintain support documentation
• track service levels and lead governance reviews.
