What you'll do

• Welcome and help triage incoming patients
• assist with treatments, nursing care, diagnostics, anesthesia and sedation cases, IV fluids, transfusions, and medication administration
• support outpatient and inpatient care
• participate in patient rounds
• learn CPR and RECOVER rescue skills through provided training
• may develop advanced skills such as anesthesia support, ultrasound, and catheterization through guided pathways.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year in a veterinary assistant role.
