The Experienced Lead Teacher role is onsite in Broomfield, CO. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. The Learning Experience provides an early-childhood learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher creates a safe, engaging classroom and implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum in ways that reflect each child’s needs. The role also builds relationships with families and coworkers and supports the center’s enrollment and engagement goals.

What you'll do

• Create a welcoming and engaging classroom

• maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• communicate children’s activities and progress to parents through mobile apps and personal discussions
