What you'll do

• assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• train, mentor, and coach staff
• handle guest requests and complaints
• coordinate with maintenance and front desk
• manage department budget, waste, and efficiency.
