The Janitor role is onsite in Woodland, CA; pay is $16–$17.80 per hour. The Grove Post-Acute is a 140-bed post-acute community providing clinical services and care in a community-focused setting. The janitor maintains a clean and safe facility by completing scheduled and directed cleaning tasks across resident and shared spaces. This work supports a sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

What you'll do

• Follow janitorial schedules and supervisor instructions
• clean and buff hallways, utility rooms, kitchen, dining and activity rooms, and patient rooms
• dust handrails and hallway trim
• clean carpets, upholstery, wheelchairs, and other equipment
• clean windows and screens
• pressure wash outdoors as directed
• replace burned-out bulbs
• perform additional janitorial tasks as directed.

Why this role

Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The role requires physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
