What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality and presentation standards
• portion, chop, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
• operate kitchen equipment
• maintain proper food and equipment temperatures
• set up and break down workstations
• wash and sanitize tables, tools, knives, and equipment
• follow safety and security policies
• assist chefs with food preparation and other culinary tasks as needed.
