What you'll do

• Monitor and support resident behavior using trauma-informed care and positive reinforcement
• implement individualized behavioral support plans
• provide supervision, mentoring, and crisis intervention using approved PMT techniques
• perform safety checks and monitor medication storage
• maintain designated care levels as needed, including possible assignment to alternative locations for supervision, medical care, or medication administration.
