What you'll do

• Learn safe work practices in the saw production environment
• operate hammers, stretcher rolls, plate-leveling machines, gauge grinders, and hammer grinders
• set up and operate available machine tools
• perform progressive operations involving close tolerances or unusual requirements
• use hand tools and measuring instruments
• support production operations under limited supervision
• work overtime when needed.
