The Cosmetic Compounder I works onsite in Murfreesboro, TN, on first shift from 6:50 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation is $37,440 per year. The role supports Schwan Cosmetics USA’s production team in making cosmetic formulations. The compounder operates and troubleshoots mixers to blend raw materials into precise colors and formulas, then checks and adjusts batches to meet client specifications. The role also supports material staging, equipment sanitation, continuous improvement, and training other compounders, with the opportunity to learn SAP functions as a backup Team Leader.

What you'll do

• Operate and troubleshoot Symex mixers to blend cosmetic raw materials
• perform quality checks, shade matching, formula adjustments, and solvent checks in the SSC program
• train and guide compounders on equipment and shade matching
• learn SAP functions to serve as a backup Team Leader
• locate, pre-weigh, and control raw materials
• clean and sanitize equipment under cGMP guidelines
• participate in housekeeping, safety committees, and process improvement projects.
