What you'll do

• Monitor patient conditions and assess care needs
• observe symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• perform routine procedures including blood pressure measurements and injections
• complete patient documentation and charts
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• maintain hygiene and safety standards
• respond to emergencies
• supervise and guide LPNs and nursing assistants as needed.
