Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead requirements elicitation with business stakeholders and technical teams
• analyze and document processes, workflows, and system interactions
• develop requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• maintain clear and traceable requirements
• collaborate with architects and developers
• create test cases, validate functionality, and coordinate user acceptance testing
• identify gaps, risks, and dependencies
• facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings
• recommend process improvements and automation
• mentor junior business analysts and contribute to documentation standards.
