Therapeutic Companion, Aging Services is an onsite, part-time, PRN role based in Massachusetts, with live-in or transport assignments. Intent Clinical is a behavioral health concierge firm providing support to clients and families. What you'll do

• Provide coaching and crisis management in clients’ home and community environments
• support positive community activities and model therapeutic boundaries, coping, and daily living skills
• provide psychoeducation related to diagnoses, substance use, and medication management
• observe client behaviors
• coordinate communication among clients, families, and treatment professionals
• create client goal plans and document progress
• connect clients with community resources and treatment options
• submit case notes, time, and expenses.
