What you'll do
- Support and maintain servers, storage, virtualization, laptops, office equipment, and network infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments
- assist with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, and identity management
- monitor performance, logs, audit records, and compliance reporting
- participate in cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation
- support HIPAA controls, continuity and disaster recovery, upgrades, patch management, documentation, and technical support
- participate in on-call rotations.
