What you'll do

• Respond to resident maintenance requests
• perform preventive maintenance and general repairs, including painting, drywall, lighting, and basic carpentry
• clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• conduct property inspections
• move furniture and equipment
• assist with grounds as needed
• repair equipment and units to company standards
• be available on call as needed and work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
