Water Treatment Process Technician

The Water Treatment Process Technician role is onsite in Richmond, VA. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. The technician supports Xylem's plant operations and its work on water use, conservation, and reuse. The role helps keep plant processes safe, reliable, and within quality standards by monitoring equipment, following work instructions, and supporting assigned carbon operations or regeneration activities. It contributes to team and divisional performance goals and supports internal and external customer needs.

What you'll do

• Follow safety procedures and product quality standards
• monitor equipment
• execute standardized work instructions
• support team and divisional goals
• and assist internal stakeholders and external customers. Depending on assignment, duties may include bagging products, sampling and testing, operating process equipment, wastewater treatment, sorting and staging materials, forklift operation, and loading or unloading trucks.
