What you'll do

• Maintain clinical nutrition documentation
• communicate routinely with the registered dietitian
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning
• interview residents and families about nutrition needs and preferences
• coordinate therapeutic menus and diet orders with food service leadership
• monitor meal quality, temperatures, and distribution
• support food service training and regulatory compliance.

Why this role

Associate’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field, or completion of an accredited dietetic technician program is required. Current, unencumbered state license is required; ServSafe certification and long-term care or geriatric nutrition experience are preferred.
