Parts Coordinator

The Parts Coordinator role is onsite in Kenmore, WA. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The position supports vehicle repair production by ensuring technicians have the correct parts when needed and assisting estimators with repair order processing. The coordinator manages parts from receipt through return, credit, and distribution, keeping records and repair-order information accurate. This work helps maintain production flow, meet repair timeframes, and support shop efficiency.

What you'll do

• Check in, match, label, and distribute received parts
• process returns and reconcile credits
• maintain organized parts and returns areas
• post parts, sublet lines, invoices, and credits in CCC
• maintain the daily parts-owed list and update production schedules with parts ETAs
• follow up on outstanding parts
• assist estimators with parts orders
• support other shop tasks as needed.

Why this role
