• process correspondence related to open accounts, rejections, denials, and rebills
• respond to patient and insurer calls
• address actions within stated timeframes
• maintain account and follow-up worklists
• contact insurers and document claim status
• follow organizational policies
• participate in meetings and continuing education
• promote positive patient and customer service.
