What you'll do

• Process and maintain store, e-commerce, and National Account orders
• monitor order status and resolve holds, exceptions, cancellations, and backorders
• troubleshoot order-process issues
• resolve e-commerce order problems and manage return authorizations
• provide product and technical support by phone and email
• guide stores on ordering and receiving
• assist with training and documentation
• analyze support trends and report metrics
• collaborate with warehouse, transportation, sales, and other teams.
