The Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Supervisor role is onsite, based from a home office in Pembroke Pines and covering South Florida, including the West Palm Beach listing location. The role supports efficient work zones through crew oversight, equipment coordination, site adjustments, and accurate daily records.

What you'll do

• Supervise MOT crews and enforce PPE and safety practices
• ensure crews have required tools and materials
• coordinate with project contacts and drivers
• oversee traffic control setup and removal
• adjust strategies to site conditions
• transport equipment
• complete and submit daily forms and logs
• report equipment loss and low inventory
• install and remove traffic signs
• collaborate with customers and coworkers.
