What you'll do

• Provide bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding assistance as outlined in care plans
• maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality
• escort residents to meals and activities
• ensure assigned residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe, and fed
• document services
• report changes in condition to a supervisor.
