What you'll do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• report machine problems
• monitor wash-cycle water temperature
• wash and store tableware and kitchenware
• keep the dish room organized
• maintain clean tableware levels
• haul trash
• replenish detergents and cleaning supplies
• clean food-preparation areas and kitchen surfaces
• fill in as needed.
