• Lead and improve the Food Safety and Quality Management System
• maintain compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, FDA, FSMA, OSHA, and customer requirements
• conduct audits and inspections
• prepare for customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
• investigate complaints and non-conformances
• monitor environmental programs, allergen controls, sanitation, and preventive controls
• ensure product labels and documentation comply
• train employees
• and analyze trends to recommend improvements.
