General Manager — Pilates Studio

• Manage day-to-day studio operations and implement company strategies, policies, and procedures
• ensure positive customer service and a fitness experience consistent with service standards
• analyze sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll metrics
• develop local marketing initiatives
• respond to client inquiries and concerns
• build community and corporate relationships
• maintain class and staff schedules and inventory
• host team meetings and events
• oversee hiring and career growth
• teach an average of eight classes weekly and be present during class times for at least 25 classes each week.
