What you'll do

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, work order management, and inventory control.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs like Net Promoter Score and Time to Serve.
• Ensure all technicians are SafeTech certified through ongoing training and coaching.
• Provide world-class customer service by resolving complaints and warranty issues.
