The Maintenance Technician, Part-Time, Facility Operations role is onsite in Marshall, MI. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The role supports facility maintenance at Highway Horticulture. The technician helps keep the facility and equipment operational through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and coordination with vendors and contractors. Accurate service records and safe, timely maintenance support ongoing facility operations.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment and building systems
• maintain equipment inventory and service records
• support maintenance of air compressors, bottling lines, reverse osmosis skids, and basic electrical systems
• coordinate vendor repairs and warranty resolutions
• assist contractors with installations
• coordinate facility maintenance contracts
• repair building fixtures and purchase supplies.
