What you'll do

• Assist Director of Respiratory Therapy with supervisory duties, provide day to day leadership, perform management duties, supervise staff, coordinate patient care, perform direct patient care, maintain departmental scheduling and staffing, resolve employee issues, implement process improvement initiatives, provide orientation and mentoring.
