What you'll do

• Manage daily operations of enterprise AV/VTC systems
• configure, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot conferencing and presentation equipment and platforms
• plan and lead live, virtual, and hybrid events
• develop production plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, cue sheets, checklists, and contingency plans
• coordinate personnel, vendors, schedules, equipment, and event logistics
• maintain operational documentation and asset records
• provide customer and executive support
• participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support when required.
