What you'll do

• Handle litigation involving Proposition 65, consumer litigation, product liability, and related regulatory issues
• conduct legal research and analysis
• prepare written work product
• draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation documents
• communicate with clients and other stakeholders
• manage competing matters and deadlines
• collaborate across the firm
• maintain confidentiality and comply with professional obligations.
